Description
A quick and easy single-serve dessert made in under five minutes in the microwave. The result is a soft and fluffy cake in a mug.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons self-raising flour (OR alternatively 2 tablespoons of plain all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon choc chips, plus additional to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- In a small ramekin dish or mug, add all ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Place in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- Remove from microwave and sprinkle extra choc chips on top
- Enjoy!
