Description
A smooth and fudgy protein ball that will remind you of a cinnamon donut or cinnamon scroll.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup (120 g) almond meal/almond flour
- 1 tablespoon (12.5 g) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons (50 g) rice malt syrup (or any other liquid sweetener)
- 2 tablespoons (40 g) nut butter (I used almond butter)
- 2 tablespoons protein powder of your choice (or substitute for more almond meal/almond flour)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, add all ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Roll mixture into balls with roughly 1 tablespoon of mixture each.
- Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy 🙂
